Albertus Swanepoel is a South African milliner who has collaborated with the likes of Diane von Furstenberg, Alexander Wang, Marc by Marc Jacobs, Proenza Schouler and many more sought after designers.
Swanepoel has designed headwear for Broadway shows such as Mamma Mia and Kiss Me Kate, and even has a short stint as Style Editor for Martha Stewart Weddings.
What Swanepoel referred to as “the orphan accessory,” is fast becoming just as essential as scarves or jewellry. I love his creativity!!

Each of the hats look effortlessly chic and are ,without a doubt, of exceptional quality which I see as a quality of a past zeitgeist. Back then textile, shoes, cars, furniture...virtually everything was good quality and Swanepoels work can easily match up to that era.
